My Rails Project

For my third project with Flatiron school, I decided to make a website where you can create cocktails and see cocktails that others have made. I called it Mix It Up..

This project was a lot of fun for me! I really tried to make this website nicer than my others, I played around a lot with the css and just the overall look of it.

It was definitely difficult meeting the requirements with the has many through relationships though. The project I chose didn’t really make a lot of sense with this relationship, but I was already too far in to change it when I realized. But, I tried to make it work! I don’t think I did too terrible either;)

I took a lot of time trying to perfect the relationship and code with Cocktail and Ingredient. But I learned so much doing so. I feel like slowly but surely I am really starting to learn how to always be a student and to debug more efficiently.

I am so excited to be starting JS and React, this project has just been a small part of the programming world. I can’t wait to see how much more I can do.
